Digital Marketing Coordinator

Nicely Built is a close-knit team of creative professionals. We spend our days designing compelling brands and creating beautiful, user-friendly e-commerce websites built for conversion. We host an awesome monthly morning event for the Atlanta Shopify community (complete with coffee and donuts!). We prioritize work/life balance and enjoy a drama-free work environment. This position is an hourly position that reports to the Digital Marketing Manager

We Are Looking for Someone to

• Create navigation planners and strategically design navigation lists that drive conversions based on existing site metrics
• Review and ensure all client email campaigns and flows are error-free (spelling, grammar, links)
• Update client Facebook/Instagram Ads spreadsheet weekly (internally referenced)
• Update biweekly client performance reports with A/B testing results
• Update biweekly client performance reports with any new Facebook/Instagram Ad creative 
• Confirm Revolution Donuts credit for monthly Shopify meetup and make sure they will be open the morning of the meetup
• Coordinate email campaign and flow previews to clients for review and approval
• Create site copy planner based on current site and compose page content for each page
• Weekly (Monday) review of all client Facebook accounts for errors (ads, pixels, catalogs)
• Weekly (Monday) review of Facebook ad budgets to make sure they’re on target 
• Send professional, concise emails to clients as needed

Requirements

• 2+ year digital marketing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
• Excellent business writing skills and demonstrated success in writing compelling copy
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized; proven experience meeting deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of G Suite
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
