Tell us about Brandable Box, what problem do you solve?
We started with a simple process: if a consumer wanted a custom box, they would submit a quote to our team. And you know what we noticed the most? A lot of the quotes requested from small businesses were for just a logo on shipping boxes. They wanted simple customization that doesn’t cost a fortune. We heard those requests and now we’re answering.
How was Brandable Box born?
Brandable Box was originally just an “e-commerce website of some kind” that was drafted by our parent company, Pratt Industries. Pratt saw an opportunity to grow their e-commerce presence and put together our team! Our team then found a gap in the marketplace: simple and affordable custom boxes for any size business. And thus, Brandable Box was born.
Who is the Brandable Box client?
Our customers are e-commerce store owners of all kinds -- small or large. You can find our customers using platforms like Shopify, Etsy, Facebook, BigCommerce, or others to host their website. Some of our clients are using shipping software or 3PLs, too.

The original launch of our website was critical to our now success as the launch was the first impression we had with our customers.
In addition to Shopify, what apps/platforms do you use to run your business?
Our team uses an app from Bold Commerce, which allows us to create an option for users to upload their logo and then choose upgrades. It’s the core of our business and it’s what helps bring affordable customization to small businesses.
What tips can you provide for customers to master shipping?
It’s important to choose a shipping method that’s right for you business. Whether that’s two-day shipping, ground shipping or another method, you’ll want to make that clear to your customers. Staying transparent with customers on where their package is your best bet.
